If I could give less than 1 star, I would. The haircut Lynzee gave my son today was terrible and probably the worst he has had. We were very specific in our description of what my son wanted, and we reminded her several times. My son is only 9 so I tried to give direction but she wasnt listening to me. His haircut was extremely uneven, longer on the left side of his head than the right side, it was not blended in any section. My wife who went to beauty school was very confused when we got home as to what in the world Lynzee was doing. We also asked Lynzee specifically for the front bangs to be angled and I even explained what angled looked like, just to the top of his left eye on that side and covering his right eye by about an inch and angled across. But instead received bangs that are not angled, too short etc etc. But I must say we have gotten great cuts from Mandy and Ally in the past and I wont make the mistake of going to anyone else at this location going forward.
